All order cancellations, returns, and refunds must be pre-approved by the seller and a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#) supplied and clearly marked on the returned material.
All refunds for returned items are subject to inspection and must be in new unused condition. Unless approved in advance, no refunds will be allowed for shipping and handling cost. Some special ordered items may not be returned or canceled once the order in the entered. We carry a wide range of products; restocking charges may vary based on the product ordered. Specific details are available upon request. Refund of credit card payments are subject to a minimum 3% processing fee. Additional terms and conditions may apply as dictated by the original manufacture of the product ordered and will be made available upon request.
