MEZZ-Roof Hatch Safety Railing meets OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.23 (a) (2). Roof hatch railing is powder coated for durability in exterior environments. MEZZ-Roof Hatch Safety Railing ships knocked down to ensure lower shipping charges, and ease of handling and transport to installation site. Safety railing is installed with only a few common tools.

(a)(2) Every ladderway floor opening or platform shall be guarded by a standard railing with standard toeboard on all exposed sides (except at entrance to opening), with passage through the railing either provided with a swing gate or so offset that a person cannot walk directly into the opening.
